AP Exams - Payment Information
MY SCHOOL BUCKS Payment for AP Exams
The 2025 AP Exams will be administered over two weeks in May: May 5–9 and May 12–16.
Please be advised that to register for AP Exams you must order each exam through the My School Bucks site typically used for the school lunch program. To ensure accurate and timely processing of all AP test registrations, payment must be made by November 1, 2024. The exam fee for each on-time exam order is $99. The fee for AP Capstone Exams (AP Seminar or AP Research) is $147 per exam.
TO ORDER EXAMS:
- All AP exam fees must be paid through your My School Bucks account. If you do not have a My School Bucks account, please create an account at: https://www.myschoolbucks.com. Cash, personal checks, bank checks, or money orders ARE NOT accepted.
- Once your account is created, select AP Exams and follow the prompts to order the appropriate exam(s). Please confirm the exams to be ordered with your student before placing the order. It is important that you select the correct course and include the teacher’s name for each order.

The regular ordering system will open on October 1st and close on November 1, 2024.

Late exam orders, placed prior to March 15, 2025, will incur an additional fee of $40 per exam.

Students will incur a $40 unused exam fee if they decide after the November ordering deadline to cancel an exam they have already ordered.
ADDITIONAL AP EXAM INFORMATION:

Students with documented disabilities may be eligible for accommodations for AP exams. Students must be approved for accommodations by the College Board Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD). Parents and students should check with their counselor to make sure their accommodations are in place for the AP exam(s). If accommodations have not yet been approved, the deadline for the request with the College Board is January 25, 2025.
