Working Papers Application

Students ages 14–17 must obtain employment certificates to work legally.
 

To obtain your working papers, please complete the following three steps:

  1. Application: Print application and complete Part I: Parental Consent. You may also stop by the Guidance Office to pick up a physical copy.

  2. Physical: Ensure you have had a school physical within the last year. Stop by the Nurse's Office with your completed application so you can receive a physical fitness certification.

  3. Submit: Bring your completed application and physical fitness certification to the Guidance Office for processing.
