Marine Science

Welcome to Marine Science. This is a full year, one period per day class. This course will cover selected topics in the fields of oceanography, marine biology, and marine ecology.   We are scheduled to go on several field trips this year. Please see the calendar of events page. There will also be a variety of projects assigned throughout the year. Even though this is a one period class, we will still have labs. Yes, we dissect in this class! We will dissect clams, squid, crabs, sharks and bony fish. I hope you enjoy this class and develop a love for the ocean and the organisms in it.
