An affiliate of the Smithsonian Institution, the Cold War Museum web site is dedicated to maintaining an accurate record of the Cold War.  They seek to educate people about this period in history as well as foster understanding about implications of the Cold War on the world’s geopolitical environment now and in the future.

 

Resources available at this site include photographs, personal accounts, timelines (including numerous external links), online exhibits and an online magazine.
