AP Computer Science A

Welcome to AP Computer Science A!  This course is a college level course that uses the Java programming language and focuses on the basic principles needed to design and build applications. Students are expected to enter this course with a strong math background and the willingness to take on a college level course load.  At the course's end, students will be expected to take the AP Computer Science A test. If they pass they may receive college credit for one semester of computer science.
