Military Wall of Honor Nomination Form

We, the Sayville Schools Community, intend to honor those men and women who have served our great country in the U.S. Military and who have also attended Sayville Public Schools.  Each year on Veterans Day we will be including/updating our Wall of Honor to recognize the sacrifices our veterans have made in order to provide our veil of freedom.  If you or someone you know has attended Sayville Public Schools and has served in our U.S. Military, we would like to recognize their service.
